  Hungry jacks , Launceston definitely lifted there game. Service is good still needs to be alittle faster through the drivethrough .definitely more inviting and alot cleaner inside the Restaurant.

  I feel I must write this negative review this time after already having had three previous terrible experiences with Hungry Jacks at this location. We always go through this place on our way back to the coast as we are rushed. However, we often seem to leave Launceston quite upset with our experience st Hungry Jacks. On two occasions, I ordered the chicken burgers with extra toppings and the order came without them but were clearly charged on the bill. Next, we were so rushed that we thought of trying the drive thru window and it took so long that we ended up leaving it an parking the car to walk in and order. We sat waiting in the car probably over 10 minutes while it took us only 2 minutes to get it ourselves. Finally, the worst part was our burger today. My husband who only ever orders the traditional whooper with cheese had a pretty raw burger, clearly red and uncooked. We had to throw it away as it even smelled awful. Mine tasted just as soft and soggy as the bad ones we have had before. Obviously, this was not the first time we have had a terrible burger but this time it was a raw burger!. We had ordered whoopers before and they had been very soft before and not crispy and smokey as they should be. We have had enough of the service and quality of burgers at this location.
